Springing from the Archives…. Posted on February 1, 2015 by Bieu Hien Standard 2 It’s a pun, because the photos are from last Spring. I’m not going to apologize. Enjoy the gallery. This old guy still spits out a few tiny, tasty pears every Summer. One of my favorite images of the last few years. Goofing around in Lower Hamlet Riding down to the mindfulness day. Yasha and Alan. Alan was making a short film in Plum Village. We’re still waiting to see how it turns out. My hero. Maybe during one of the Francophone retreats? Phap Linh and Phap Ly at reception. Must be a Francophone retreat. This is only the first day and they were clearly already over their limit. Our doggie. Along with our other doggie, Debbie… who I haven’t got a picture of yet. Pham Hanh and Phap Nang, back when they were working together in perfect harmony. Did I mention I love wisteria? Hue Truc is now holding it down over in Deer Park Monastery. The sun is always shining in Upper Hamlet. It’s so peaceful, the only sound is that of the birds singing. Don’t believe it. We trashed Honeysuckle at the end of last Winter for a renovation. Well, to be fair, it was after someone tried to burn it down. But that’s another story. But I apparently just hung around and took pictures.
